Placement and Size
The fiducials are normally placed on a 45 degree line extending from each corner of the die. They are spaced in the same arc as the fingers and must maintain a clearance of typically 60 um from the fingers. They are normally attached to the power ring for plating.

Mask Openings
The solder mask is normally set back from the fiducials by 150 um all around.
