Can this chip be reasonable routed? This is a very important question. FA3ST
has already determined for you that the bond fingers can be fanned out and meet
all manufacturing and assembly constraints. The next step for the designer is to route the part. By generating a rats nest quickly and efficiently an experienced designer can determine in only a minute or so how easy (or difficult it will be to route.)

Assuming the die netlist included ball assignments (i.e. the desired die pad to
ball is already known) FA3ST will create a rats nets in seconds.
Just pulldown FA3ST and select

In only a few seconds the RATS NEST function will draw a line
from the end of each bondfinger to the appropriate ball. Balls
that are assigned to the power or ground ring (or not connected)
are labeled as such.
