Results in Virtuoso

Below you can see the results of importing a full BGA (with die and wires) into Virtuoso.

To see in more detail we'll zoom into the upper left corner.

You can see that each bond finger has a text label - the label's insertion point is placed at the center of the bond finger making it easy to write a script that will run wires from the die pad opening to the bond finger.
