ReadAIF enables IC designers using Virtuoso to quickly import a package
bond shell directly into Virtuoso. The chip designer can easily determine then
if a pad ring layout fits into the package and can wirebond the die to the
package fingers and rings.
ReadAIF makes it very easy for package designers to work closely with the chip designer during the I/O pad design process insuring that the device and package are compatible.
