Mask File Data Format The PROLITH mask file is a very simple ASCII file. You can see a portion of the file in the notepad window (at right). If you examine the coordinate data carefully, you will see that the lower left corner of the data window has been assigned a default of "0,0" nm. The maximum dimension of PROLITH mask files is 100,000 x 100,000 nm. |
