Downloading the Heat Source Plugin

This page enables you to download the latest version of Heat Source either as an update to your existing license or for evaluations. Once you have downloaded the installation file please send us an email as shown in the example below:

Dear Hagai,

I have downloaded the Heat Source Plug In for Qckvu3.  
Please send me the the ftp access codes, installation password 
and temporary key strings for my machine. 

I got my ethernet and disk serial number from the 
lmtools.exe license utility.

Heat Source Download

You must already have Qckvu3 for Windows Version 3.21 or later installed and licensed. If not, please go to the Qckvu3 windows page, download and install it. Access to our ftp server requires a login and password. We will provide this information upon receipt of your email.


heat_source.dll

Version 1.18 of the Heat Source Plug In. Released 09/14/09. 44 KB. To install go to the qkcvu3 installation directory and open the directory called Plugins. Create a directory under Plugins called heat_source. copy the heat_source.dll file into the directory heat_source.


demo8.gds.zip

4.8 MB A sample GDSII file (28 MB after unzipping) that you can use to test the heat source plug-in.


demo8_good_cell_list_.csv

A short csv (comma delimited) file listing the cells and the heat dissipation. Can be used for testing the heat source plug-in.
