Die Import is the first module in the FA3ST Design Software. It reads in the
die netlist, re-centers the coordinates, rotates the die (if necessary), draws
the die pads and die outline, resorts the die pad coordinates by side of die
and calculates the number of I/O, power, ground and no connects by matching
net names against entries in the keyword file.
