ASM 3500 is a bidirectional translator between AutoCAD's DXF database and Calma's GDSII stream data base used for integrated circuit design and layout. It is very robust and sophisticated and includes functions such as line linking and polygon verification.

This translator was first developed in 1990 and has been refined continuously since that time making it the most reliable converter in the industry.

ASM 3500 is available on Windows and Linux; it can be run from a GUI or from a command line.
