Downloading and Installing ClipExtract
To access Artwork's ftp server requires a login and password. Please email Artwork for the information when you are ready to download. Please note that many corporate firewalls either completely block ftp downloads or they inspect the download and block any that are executables (applies mostly to Windows.)
Requesting Download and License Codes
Please send Artwork an email identifying yourself and explain your reason for requesting download access and licenses. Please include the hostid of your computer.

Getting your Hostid On Windows
In order for us to generate license strings you need to provide us your machine's ID. This is best done by downloading the lmtools.zip utility and running it on your machine. Use the System Settings tab and copy the Ethernet Address(s) displayed. See below:
If you cannot download lmtools.zip (due to firewall restrictions) you can get this Ethernet manually by using the command:
Getting your Hostid on Linux
Using the hostid command on Linux may not provide the hostid that our licensing software expects. Instead, you should download the lmutil utility, execute it and send Artwork the hostid that this utility generates.
