Downloading SmartDie

This page enables you to download the latest version of SmartDie either as an update to your existing license or for evaluations. Once you have downloaded the installation file please send us an email as shown in the example below:

Dear Steve,

 I have downloaded SmartDie for AutoCAD 2010.  Please send 
 me the password and temporary key  strings for my machine.

 I got my ethernet address and disk serial number by using
 the v8_lmtools.exe utility.

ethernet address = 0050bfd1f3c1 dsn = 3cb1312f


I want to try SmartDie in order to get the pad coordinates 
from a GDSII file into my package design software.

AutoCAD 2010 Menu Install Notes	AutoDesk has made major changes to their menu interface which prevents our installer from automatically creating or updating the menu. Until we resolve this, the user will have to manually install the menu. Details are provided .

License Utility

This Windows program identifies your computer's ethernet address and disk serial number. Please email those two values to us in order to get a node locked license. (Laptop users - disk serial number is more reliable than the ethernet address since most laptops have multiple ethernet adaptors each with a different address.
