Pressing the Preferences button opens the Preference
dialog box. This enables the user to set or modify some
of the program's default behaviours.

| Database | Directory where the database index file (typically dwgs.txt) is located wrt the ftp server root. |
| PDF Files: | Directory where the Adobe Acrobat PDF files are located wrt the ftp server root. |
| Drawing Files: | Directory where the AutoCAD Drawing files are located wrt the ftp server root. |
