Function:
	int QisLib_SetArrayMode(int Mode);

Inputs:
	Mode: _QISARR_FULL or _QISARR_OUTER or _QISARR_OUTLINE

Return: 0

Errors: -

Description:
	- Controls the how cell array references are outputted.
	- _QISARR_FULL: output all elements of the array.
	- _QISARR_OUTER: output only outer rows and columns of the array.
	- _QISARR_OUTLINE: output only an outline box for the entire array.
	- This command affects the outputs of Vector Data functions and Drawing functions.
	- Default is _QISARR_OUTLINE.
