QisLib_GetDisplayVector

Function:
	int QisLib_GetDisplayVector(void);

Inputs: -

Return:
	success: 0
	failure: one of the following values:

Errors:
	-1: QisLib has not been initialized.
	-2: The callback function to handle vector data has not been set.
	-3: Internal error occurred while processing vector data.

Description:
	- This function behaves like QisLib_GetDataVector except thefollowing differences:
	1. The output of this function depends on display filter settings such as
	QisLib_SetDisplayFilterSize, QisLib_SetStructureDisplayFilterSize and
	QisLib_SetLayersOutlineType.
	2. If certain data has smaller size in pixels in the current view, they are returned
	as 'Filtered Rectangles' or 'F' type polygons (Refer to CQisBoundary). This type of
	vector data is returned only by QisLib_GetDisplayVector and other display vector
	data functions such as QisLib_GetDisplayVectorWindows.
