PGCAM PG View/Plot Utility
PGCAM reads and displays a variety of patten generator formats on screen for verification of correct fracturing. The program can load even very large PG files (100,000 flashes) in a short time.
Flash data can be examined with the flashes filled solid (as the film would appear) or outlines. Up to 16 layers can be displayed simultaneously for checking registration. Layers can also be displayed as negatives. PGVU calculates the extents and center of each PG data file. It also displays the smallest and largest flash encountered - a valuable feature when checking data from other sources.
A measuring tool enables the mask maker to check critical dimensions before running the PG data through the machine. Formats supported include Mann 3000, Mann 3600, Electromask 2000, Draftek and intermediate (ACS's proprietary binary database). Data can be formatted in ASCII or EBCDIC.
