A Job Deck can assemble a complete mask by “pointing” to several different MEBES files -- each file is called a “chip” even if the file is only a frame or fiducials. The Job Deck then inserts the chips and arrays them across the mask.

MBSVU’s chip navigator makes it easy to examine either the entire mask or to individually examine each “chip” referenced by the job deck.
