Hi Hagai,

We looked at plotting packages from Cadence, Pinebush, and Artwork. The
GDSPLOT product is an order of magnitude less expensive than the others.
(You and Steve should quadruple your price for the UNIX version -- but only
AFTER processing our purchase order, of course!)

All of the reviewed programs satisfy our minimal needs:
   * Plots selected layers
   * Plots in color
   * Various outline & fill combinations
   * Structures can be plotted at user-specified scale factor
   * Layer & ruler legends can be plotted
   * HPGL / RTL language output

So we chose the lowest-cost solution that met our needs.
