ASM50X/W Error - Unable to locate Translation Engine

When you first try to use one of the ASM50x products, you may get an error message
"Unable to locate translation Engine"

This error message will show up when you install the wrong version of the DXF to Gerber translator. For example: Installing ASM501 with ASM502 key codes will give the error message when you try to start the translator.

Solution:

There are 3 versions of the translator: ASM500, ASM501, ASM502. Make sure you install the correct version, and make sure the Product Name on the key codes sent to you match the product you install.
